Yes. Every training programme we run is delivered as an HRD Corp claimable course, including customised in-house programmes designed specifically for your organisation.
Is my company eligible to claim?
Employers registered with HRD Corp who contribute the monthly HRD levy under the Human Resources Development Act 2001 can claim training costs. If you're not sure of your status or levy balance, check your eTRiS account or talk to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do you help with the grant application?
Yes. We supply every supporting document you need (quotation, course content, trainer profile, and schedule) and guide your HR or levy administrator through the eTRiS submission.
When does the application need to be submitted?
The grant application must be submitted and approved before the training starts. We recommend applying as early as possible once your training dates are confirmed, so approval isn't rushed.
Can a programme be customised and still be claimable?
Absolutely. Customised in-house programmes are how most of our clients train. We build the content around your operations and industry, and it remains fully claimable.
What if we've never made a claim before?
That's common, and it's not complicated. We'll take your team through the process step by step, from registering the training in eTRiS to submitting the claim after delivery.
Grant approval, claimable rates, and the final amount reimbursed are determined by HRD Corp and depend on your company's levy balance and the scheme applied under.
